Role Description The Business Intelligence Analyst is a full-time hybrid role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the analyst transforms raw data into actionable insights by designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that support decision-making across the organization and for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering business requirements, performing data modeling, validating data accuracy, and using business intelligence tools to generate performance metrics and trend analyses.

The analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to understand operational workflows, identify optimization opportunities,



and translate complex data findings into transparent recommendations. The role also involves continuous improvement of BI processes, documentation of analytical methodologies, and support of AI-driven automation initiatives with robust data insights.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets, identifying patterns, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Experience with data modeling and related techniques for structuring data to support reporting and analytics.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing dashboards using modern business intelligence tools.
- Demonstrated ability in business analysis to capture requirements, map processes, and align insights with business goals.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and basic statistics is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, accessible way.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple projects and priorities.
