We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

10–12 years (with at least 8+ years of hands-on Power BI architecture experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Power BI, data modeling, DAX, SQL, AWS, and BI governance. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise Power BI architecture and reporting solutions.

Define BI standards, best practices, governance, and deployment strategies.

Develop and optimize Power BI datasets, semantic models, dashboards, and reports.

Build scalable star/snowflake schemas and dimensional data models.

Create complex DAX calculations, measures, KPIs, and calculated tables.

Optimize report performance using performance tuning techniques.

Integrate Power BI with Azure services such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Data Lake.

Configure Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS), and workspace governance.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control for Power BI deployments.

Collaborate with business users to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.

Mentor developers and establish Power BI development standards.

Monitor Power BI Service capacity,



gateway performance, and licensing utilization.

Ensure data quality, security, compliance, and governance across BI solutions.

Troubleshoot complex reporting and performance issues.
