Job Overview

PLANT MANAGER LEVEL 1-Plant Manager defines the planning of Plant activities and resources, based on both the day to day operations and the strategic direction,



ensuring a clear and shared vision in order to protect profitability and sustainability of the plant in the future. He or she acts as ?Plant CEO? and is responsible for the maximum efficiency of production activities ensuring 3 main KPIs are met (production attainment, total production cost, Customer experience in terms of 3MIS ppm)..
