Role Description The Business Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Chennai, responsible for driving business growth and overseeing overall operations for Weboin Digital Marketing Agency. This role involves defining and executing business strategies, setting revenue and profitability targets, and managing key client relationships to ensure service excellence and long-term partnerships.

The Business

Head will lead cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to align business objectives with client needs and market opportunities. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, overseeing budgets and resource allocation,



guiding new business development initiatives, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. The role also requires staying informed about digital marketing trends, competitive dynamics, and industry best practices to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and developing talent.
- Proven business development and client relationship management experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related services.
- Strategic planning and analytical skills, including experience with setting KPIs, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Operational management skills, including budgeting, resource planning, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a focus on stakeholder management.
- Experience working with clients in sectors such as education, real estate, medical, fashion & apparel, FMCG, consumer durables, technology, retail, or infrastructure is an advantage.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing, branding, and eCommerce concepts and their impact on business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, including prior responsibility for P&L; or business unit leadership.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively in a quick-paced, client-focused environment.
