Business Documentation Intern

Location: In-Office

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Documentation Intern to support our day-to-day documentation, university application, coordination, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with MS Word and basic Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain student and university documentation accurately.
- Assist with university application filing and processing.
- Coordinate with the Loan and Accommodation teams to ensure smooth application processing.
- Follow up with internal teams and students regarding pending documents and requirements.
- Draft and manage skilled emails and email marketing campaigns.
- Maintain records, spreadsheets, and documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ensure documents are properly organized, updated, and filed.
- Communicate professionally with students,



universities, and internal departments.
- Provide general administrative and documentation support to the team.

Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office.
