We are looking for a Business Development Specialist experienced in acquiring and converting clients for digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emails & other channels.
- Acquire and convert clients for Branding, CMS, Web Development & Designing services.
- Handle prospecting, follow-ups, client communication and project closures.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in B2B client acquisition & sales conversion.
- Strong LinkedIn prospecting and cold emailing skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Upwork experience is not required.

Compensation: ₹8,000 fixed + performance-based incentives on every project closure, depending on project size.

Work Mode: Fully remote

Candidate's expected location: Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
