Key Responsibilities

- Connect with real estate developers and generate new project mandates.
- Identify potential developers and projects through networking, market research, references, and field visits.
- Schedule developer meetings and build strong business relationships.
- Understand developer requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Handle client coordination, regular follow-ups, meetings, and site visits.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective developers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Convert prospective developers into signed project mandates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and mandate acquisition targets.
- Maintain daily reports covering calls, meetings, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Coordinate between developers and internal teams for smooth mandate onboarding.
- Handle both office-based coordination and field-based business development activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.




- 2–5 years of experience in business development, real estate sales, channel sales, or a similar role.
- Prior experience dealing with real estate developers will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid networking and lead-generation abilities.
- Comfortable with frequent field visits and developer meetings.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Ability to independently manage leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.

Pay: ₹30,120.15 - ₹45,511.17 per month
