- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive client acquisition and expand sales pipeline within the FS GCC/Captive ecosystem

- Hunt for new business opportunities while growing existing strategic accounts

- Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders

- Lead end-to-end sales lifecycleu2014from lead generation and proposals to closures and collections

- Collaborate with internal solution teams to deliver tailored, consultative solutions

- Develop account strategies, relationship maps, and opportunity pipelines

- Facilitate client planning workshops and drive strategic opportunity conversion

- Stay ahead of industry trends and represent the organization at key GCC industry events

- Were Looking For:
- 68 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management

- Robust experience working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs), GICs, or Captive Centers

- Proven success in consultative selling and achieving revenue targets





- Strong network with decision-makers in the GCC ecosystem

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills

- Experience in professional services or consulting; Big 4 experience is highly preferred

- Familiarity with contracting (MSA, local agreements) and major technology platforms/OEM offerings

- Bachelors degree in Business or Technology (MBA preferred)
