- Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Field Sales / Business Development

About the Role

- Invoteo Future Pvt Ltd is looking for experienced Business Development Managers to drive business growth across Pathanamthitta, Kottayam and Alappuzha.

- The role requires strong field-sales capability, relationship building, lead generation, customer meetings, site visits and consistent follow-up to convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities within the assigned district.

- Generate and follow up leads through field visits, referrals and business networks.

- Meet homeowners, builders, architects, interior designers, contractors and other potential customers.

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate site visits with the technical team.

- Follow up quotations and proposals until closure.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update lead/follow-up status regularly.

- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

- Identify new market opportunities within the assigned territory.

- Coordinate with internal Sales, Technical and Operations teams for smooth customer handling.

Required Skills & Experience:





- Minimum 3 years of relevant field-sales or business development experience.

- Robust experience in meeting customers and generating business through field activities.

- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Ability to independently manage an assigned district.

- Strong customer relationship and conversion skills.

- Good understanding of sales pipeline and target-based working.

Preferred / Added Advantage:

- Experience in Smart Home Automation, CCTV, Security Systems, Networking, IT Infrastructure, Electrical, Lighting, AV, Construction, Interiors or Building Technology will be an advantage.

- Existing relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, electrical contractors or other channel partners will be an added advantage.
