Business Development Manager (BDM) to join us on a partnership basis.

About the RoleWe are looking for someone who can identify potential clients, build strong business relationships, and bring new projects to Chakras Studio.

The ideal candidate should understand the market, identify businesses that need marketing or creative services, and confidently introduce our solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through market research, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
- Generate qualified leads from industries such as real estate, hospitality, restaurants, healthcare, education, fashion, retail, and product-based businesses.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable marketing and creative solutions.
- Schedule meetings, follow up with prospects, and assist in converting leads into paying clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the internal creative team to ensure client requirements are communicated properly.




- Stay updated with marketing trends, competitor offerings, and local business opportunities.
- Explore new markets, identify potential partnerships, and contribute to the growth of Chakras Studio.
- Maintain regular updates on leads, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
