Business Development Manager – Strategic Accounts & MSP Partnerships

Clicksoft Solutions is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our U.S. IT staffing business through System Integrators, Tier-1 vendors, MSP/VMS programs, and strategic client partnerships .

Key Responsibilities

Develop recent business relationships with System Integrators and Tier-1 vendors .

Build and strengthen relationships with MSP/VMS program teams and vendor management organizations .

Identify new staffing opportunities and drive vendor onboarding/empanelment .

Develop relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, program managers, and staffing leaders.

Generate and manage qualified staffing requirements and new accounts.

Expand existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional business.

Coordinate closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure timely candidate submissions and successful placements.

Maintain an active pipeline of prospects,



meetings, opportunities, and follow-ups.

Negotiate staffing agreements, rates, and commercial terms with prospective partners.

Meet defined business development, account acquisition, placement, and revenue targets.

Preferred Experience

Strong understanding of the U.S. IT staffing market .

Existing relationships with System Integrators, Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, VMS programs, or enterprise clients are highly preferred.

Experience in business development, account management, vendor partnerships, or staffing sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.

Ability to independently generate new accounts and convert relationships into staffing opportunities.

Priority: Candidates with an established network and demonstrated ability to bring new System Integrator, Tier-1, MSP/VMS, or enterprise staffing relationships will be preferred.
