Job Summary:

Fillip Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to overall sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for project execution
- Prepare proposals, reports, and business plans
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities




- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (2–3 years preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Target-driven with a positive attitude
