We are looking for a confident and highly communicative Business Development Intern to support lead generation and client acquisition. The role primarily involves outbound calling, pitching our recruitment/HR services, and converting prospects into potential clients .
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
- Pitch our recruitment and HR technology services.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients.
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant B2B platforms to identify and research potential clients.
- Schedule demos and meetings with interested prospects.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain lead records and regularly update the sales pipeline.
- Work towards assigned lead generation and meeting targets.
Must-Have Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident and comfortable with frequent cold/outbound calling .
- Good persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of platforms and methods used to find and identify potential B2B clients .
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Intern or Upto 1 year of experience .
Valuable to Have
- Experience in B2B sales, telecalling, lead generation, or client acquisition.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, CRM tools, and lead-generation platforms .
- Interest in sales, business development, and HR technology.
