About the RoleWe’re looking for a Business Development Executive who is confident, proactive, and interested in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B clients and decision-makers
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and online research
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls/meetings
- Follow up with prospects and support the sales cycle
- Understand company services and communicate their value effectively
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions
- Handle basic objections and support client acquisition
- Maintain accurate prospect information and CRM updates
- Research new markets, accounts, and business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements
- Track and report prospecting activities, pipeline, and conversions




- Work towards assigned lead generation and revenue targets

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- Freshers with a strong interest in B2B Sales & Business Development are welcome
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
- Solid research, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
- Self-motivated, persistent, and eager to learn

Good to Have
- Internship/experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Lead Generation
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Analytics, CRO, or MarTech
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator / CRM tools
- Understanding of B2B sales processes
