Business Development – Head

Industry: Architecture & Interior Design

Experience: 8+ years in Business Development, preferably at a senior level

Key Requirement:

Strictly requires candidates with proven Business Development experience in the Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Fit-out, Turnkey Projects, or related design industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead generation, market research, and identification of recent project opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, developers, contractors, consultants, and industry partners.
- Handle client meetings, follow-ups, proposals, RFPs, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop business strategies to penetrate residential, commercial, hospitality, and other relevant markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, project management, and leadership teams.
- Promote the company’s portfolio, capabilities, and services through industry networking, exhibitions, and events.
- Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, CRM records,



and business development reports.
- Track targets, conversions, and overall business development performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Mandatory experience in Architecture / Interior Design / Interior Fit-out / Turnkey Projects industry.
- Strong B2B business development and client acquisition experience.
- Existing network among developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients will be preferred.
- Experience in handling high-value projects and closing business deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or corporate interior projects will be preferred.
- Candidates from unrelated industries without relevant Architecture/Interior Design industry exposure will not be considered.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
