We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our waste management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting sustainable waste management solutions. Candidates with an educational background in Environmental Science or Waste Management are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in waste collection, recycling, and sustainability services
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, including corporates, institutions, and government bodies
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Prepare and deliver presentations on waste management solutions and environmental benefits
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure successful service delivery




- Assist in proposal writing, tender submissions, and contract negotiations
- Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth initiatives
- Promote awareness of sustainable waste practices among clients

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Waste Management, Sustainability, or a related field
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in business development/sales are welcome
- Basic understanding of waste management practices, recycling processes, and environmental regulations
