Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities across PAN India.
- Research and identify potential clients requiring staffing and recruitment services.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other business development activities.
- Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Procurement Teams, Business Heads, and other decision-makers.
- Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for fulfilment.
- Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule client meetings and product/service presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other client-related documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Meet assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly business development targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, staffing requirements, and industry developments.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
- Ability to conduct client research through LinkedIn, Google, job portals, and other sources.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
