Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive/Manager, based in Chennai. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships through effective account management,



and contributing to the company’s growth. The role also involves collaborating with the internal team, preparing business proposals, and regularly meeting sales targets by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Strong skills in Business Planning and Account Management.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills, with the ability to foster strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the event management, branding, or marketing sectors is a plus.
