Responsibilities

- Generate leads and find potential clients on Upwork and other freelancing portals
- Write proposals and communicate with clients
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth project execution

- Basic experience with Upwork or freelancing platforms
- Good proposal writing and communication skills
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
