Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Funding & Financial Services for our Nagpur office .

The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities, connecting with business owners, startups and entrepreneurs, understanding their funding requirements, and presenting suitable CapNex solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calling, networking, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Identify clients requiring loans, grants, business funding or investor connections .
- Understand client requirements and qualify potential opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and present suitable CapNex services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.




- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into qualified business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the finance team for documentation and client assessment.
- Maintain lead, pipeline and sales records.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Participate in client meetings, networking events and marketing activities.

Required Skills
- Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills .
- Good understanding of business finance, loans and financial services.
- Experience in B2B sales, banking, NBFC, DSA, fintech or financial services is preferred.
- Ability to generate leads and independently manage follow-ups.
- Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools .
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.

Experience 1–3 years in Sales / Business Development / Financial Services preferred.
