About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Conduct cold calls, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Explain GLOARO's products and services to clients.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new clients.
- Prepare and present business proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Tech, and other teams to meet client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
- Provide regular sales and performance reports to management.

Qualification
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
