Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in the Pune .

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct market research, and generate qualified leads through various channels.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing key accounts, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to support service delivery. The role also involves tracking sales metrics, participating in presentations and negotiations,



and providing regular reports on pipeline status and business performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and drive sustainable growth.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and MS Office applications to support daily operations.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, health services, or related sectors is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in the Pune Division and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven setting.
