Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify prospective clients through cold outreach, networking events, and digital platforms like LinkedIn.
- Market Research: Analyse industry trends, competitor offerings, and shifting consumer demands to spot profitable growth opportunities.
- Client Acquisition: Contact decision-makers, build rapport, and clearly articulate the companys value proposition.
- Pitching & Proposals: Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations, customised proposals, and cost/timeline estimates.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Handle pricing discussions, negotiate favourable contract terms, and move prospects down the sales funnel.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate trust with existing clients to encourage upselling, cross-selling, and long-term retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, sales,



and product teams to refine strategies and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- CRM & Performance Tracking: Track sales metrics, log activities in CRM systems, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for persuasive pitching and active listening.
- Negotiation & Sales: The resilience to face rejection and the tact to close mutually beneficial deals.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret sales data and market conditions to make informed decisions.
- Organisation: Solid project management and time management skills to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
