We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive who can bring new business, generate growth ideas, and help scale our language training and overseas recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business through admissions, recruitment leads, and partnerships
Develop and execute ideas to scale enrollments and placements
Identify new markets, programs, and revenue opportunities
Drive lead conversion through structured follow-ups and closures
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, outreach, and branding
Track performance, conversions, and growth metrics
Candidate Profile
Atleast 6 months experience in education sales, recruitment, or consultancy
Proven ability to generate business and close leads
Strategic thinker with a growth and scaling mindset
Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills
Experience in language institutes or overseas recruitment preferred
