Experience: 1+ Years

Responsibilities:

- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork for Digital Marketing services.
- Create and submit professional proposals based on client requirements.
- Generate leads and convert Upwork opportunities into business.
- Communicate with international clients through Upwork, email, and calls.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the marketing/technical team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in Upwork bidding / Business Development.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing / IT services company preferred.
- Valuable understanding of SEO, PPC, SMM,



Web Development, and other digital marketing services.
- Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
- International client-handling experience will be an advantage.
