Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, following up with prospective clients, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Explain the company’s services and provide suitable solutions based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, seminars, and other business development initiatives.




- Prepare regular updates and reports on business development activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, client relationship, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Experience in the education, overseas education, or consultancy sector will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
