About Firstbox

Firstbox is a B2B logistics technology platform that helps logistics, transportation, manufacturing, production, and other businesses digitize their logistics operations.

The platform helps businesses manage shipments, dispatches, vehicle allocation, drivers, trips, fleet utilization, reporting and logistics workflows while reducing dependency on Excel, WhatsApp and manual coordination.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can take Firstbox to the market and build a strong B2B sales pipeline across India and, eventually, the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking and online research.
- Identify decision-makers in logistics, transportation, manufacturing and production companies.
- Conduct prospecting and initiate conversations with potential customers.
- Understand customer logistics and fleet-management challenges through discovery calls/meetings.
- Present and demonstrate the Firstbox platform to prospects.
- Convert qualified prospects into opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with the product/technical team for customer requirements and solution discussions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until closure.
- Build relationships with Logistics Heads, Operations Heads, Supply Chain Heads, Fleet Managers, Plant Heads, IT Heads, Founders and Business Owners.




- Maintain accurate CRM/sales activity records and provide weekly pipeline reports.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, networking activities and customer meetings.
- Explore opportunities in GCC/Middle East markets through online prospecting and partner networks.

Target Customers You will primarily sell Firstbox to:
- Logistics & transportation companies
- Fleet operators and 3PL companies
- Manufacturing companies
- Production companies
- FMCG and distribution businesses
- Chemical and industrial companies
- Cold-chain and seafood businesses
- Tanker and bulk transportation companies
- Companies managing large internal fleets

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is confident in B2B technology sales and enjoys speaking with business decision-makers.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales / business development.
- Experience selling SaaS, ERP, CRM, TMS, fleet-management, logistics software or enterprise applications is highly preferred.
- Experience selling to manufacturing, logistics, transportation or supply-chain companies is an advantage.
- Solid LinkedIn prospecting and cold-calling skills.
- Good understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
- Ability to conduct discovery meetings and understand business requirements.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings when required.
