Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Koramangala. The associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and support the development of strategic partnerships for Vijesha’s technology and training services. Daily activities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients, preparing and delivering presentations, and assisting in proposals and pitch materials.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs,



and contributing to sales campaigns and outreach initiatives. The associate will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation abilities, including prospecting, pipeline building, and nurturing potential clients.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction and internal coordination.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management within IT services or EdTech is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Koramangala, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced workplace.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic MS Office or Google Workspace, and online collaboration platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
