Key Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements and assist them with suitable financial solutions.

Communicate with potential and existing customers professionally.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.

Maintain accurate customer and business-related records.

Support the team in achieving business and performance targets.

Stay updated on relevant loan and financial products.





Identify opportunities to develop new business relationships.
