Role Description This full time, on-site Business Development Associate role is based in Delhi.

The Business Development

Associate will identify and nurture new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, supporting sales pitches, and collaborating with internal teams to align advisory services with client needs.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records of business development activities, tracking performance metrics, and contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies and client engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong presentation and public speaking skills, including the ability to create and deliver clear, persuasive presentations.
- Experience with lead generation and follow-up, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting conversion efforts.
- Proficiency in market research, with the ability to analyze industry data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple, client-friendly manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client-service orientation, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Comfort working in a structured, on-site environment in Delhi and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in financial services, investment advisory, or wealth management is an advantage.
