Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.

Explain Storypreneur Hub’s training programs, workshops and offerings.

Understand prospects’ business needs and requirements.

Identify qualified leads and guide them to suitable programs.

Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain records of calls, follow-ups and lead status.

Handle basic queries and objections professionally.

Schedule counselling/narration calls when required.

Achieve daily/monthly calling, follow-up and conversion targets.





Coordinate with sales and program teams for enrolments.

Requirements

Good verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Confident communication with business owners and professionals.

Good listening and convincing skills.

Customer-friendly attitude.

Comfortable making a high volume of calls.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets and CRM/data-entry tools.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Previous experience in telecalling/inside sales/counselling/education/training is an advantage.
