Business Development Associate

Abiriba Limited is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing architectural firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and market research.

- Identify potential clients, builders, developers, and real estate companies.

- Manage client relationships, follow-ups, meetings, and site visits.

- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations.

- Coordinate with the architectural team to convert leads into projects.

- Maintain lead reports and achieve business development targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Architecture, or a related field.

- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with robust communication and sales skills can apply.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of architecture, construction, or real estate is preferred.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
