Data Analyst – AI, Automation & Business Intelligence

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹30,000–₹1,25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst – AI, Automation & Business Intelligence who can combine data analytics, automation, AI and business understanding to build reliable reporting and decision-support systems.

This is not a traditional MIS or manual reporting role. The candidate should be capable of automating data workflows, developing Google Apps Script, working with SQL/PostgreSQL, building ETL processes and dashboards, and using AI extensively for development and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop automation using Google Apps Script
- Automate data collection, cleaning, validation and transformation
- Build and maintain ETL/Data Pipelines
- Work with SQL and PostgreSQL for data storage and analysis
- Develop Google Sheets ↔ PostgreSQL data workflows
- Automate daily, weekly and monthly business reports
- Build dashboards, MIS reports and KPI tracking systems
- Perform data validation, reconciliation and exception analysis
- Analyse sales, revenue, discounts, commissions, settlements, refunds and cancellations
- Analyse inventory, purchase, food cost, wastage and operational performance
- Identify trends, abnormalities and business opportunities
- Convert raw data into meaningful and actionable business insights

AI-First Working Approach Solid practical use of AI tools is required.

Candidates should be comfortable using AI for:

- Apps Script and SQL development
- Python/Pandas
- ETL development
- Data cleaning and mapping
- Formula development
- Debugging and troubleshooting

- Documentation and workflow automation

Candidates will be responsible for validating AI-generated code, calculations and business logic before implementation.

Experience analysing order-level data, settlements, commissions, discounts, promotions, advertising expenses, refunds, cancellations and profitability will be an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹30,000–₹1,25,000 per month, depending on experience, technical capability, AI skills, automation expertise and business analytics knowledge.
