Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong U.S. Life Insurance and InsurTech domain expertise to lead the product development of an advanced digital insurance and premium-finance platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the U.S. life insurance ecosystem and a strong understanding of Premium Financing, Split-Dollar arrangements, Buy-Sell planning, Key Person Insurance, and competitive lender/bidding workflows .





The Product Owner will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, insurance specialists, lenders, advisors, UX, engineering, QA, operations, and compliance teams. The role will be responsible for translating complex insurance and premium-financing requirements into scalable digital workflows and prioritized product capabilities.

Required Insurance Domain Expertise The candidate should have robust knowledge of the U.S. life insurance ecosystem, including:

- Insured and policy owner/policyholder
- Beneficiaries
- Producers, agents and advisors
- Carriers and insurance organizations
- Policy ownership structures
- Premiums and premium schedules
- Face amount and death benefits
- Cash value and surrender value
- Life insurance illustrations
