Role-Business Analyst Core Banking

Required Technical Skill Set- MS Office, PL/SQL, Core Banking Product knowledge.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)-

Must-Have**

Domain knowledge Retail Banking

Business Analyst experience in Core Banking or banking IT projects

MS Office & Documentation skills

Effective Communication skills

Customer Management skills

Good-to-Have

PL-SQL, .Net basics html, xml, MF COBOL basics, Core Banking product implementation

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Knowledge of Retail banking products & business processes. E.g. CASA, LOANS, Term Deposits, Payments, General Ledger etc.

Knowledge of Core banking system & Peripheral systems.

Requirement gathering & sign-off of current business requirements from bank/ creation & sign-off of Functional Specification document.

Coordination & Collaboration with business teams from bank & development teams to crystalize the business requirements.

Collaborate and support development /testing teams for functional queries.

Act as a SPOC for any business requirement / query by bank.
