Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.

Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and cross-functional POD teams throughout the Agile SDLC.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Drive process improvements and ensure seamless communication between business and technical teams.

Support testing activities, UAT, risk management, and project documentation.

What Were Looking For:

58 years of Business Analysis experience in software development projects.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Hands-on experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, wireframing, and functional documentation.





Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile workplace.

Nice to Have:

Experience in the FMCG domain.

Exposure to APIs and software integrations.

CBAP, CCBA, CSPO, PSPO, or other Agile certifications.
