Yashuss Unlimited is looking for a Consultant & Business Analyst Digital Workspace who can understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, translate requirements into technology solutions, and work with clients and implementation teams through successful go-live.

This is not just a requirement-documentation role. We are looking for someone who can understand why a business process exists, identify gaps and controls, challenge inefficient processes, and recommend practical digital solutions.

You will work across applications like CRM, HRMS, Finance, Operations, Projects, Analytics, Automation and other business applications, primarily within the Zoho ecosystem and other than Zoho.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct client discovery and requirement-gathering workshops.
2. Understand business processes, organization structures, approval hierarchies, and operational challenges.
3. Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
4. Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, control requirements, and automation opportunities.
5. Prepare BRDs, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, Gap Analysis and Requirement Traceability Matrices.
6. Translate business requirements into functional and system requirements.
7. Recommend appropriate solutions using standard functionality, configuration, workflows, integrations, or customization.
8. Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and project managers during implementation.
9. Define modules, fields, workflows, approval processes, roles, reports, and dashboards.
10. Assist with data migration requirements and validation.
11. Prepare and manage UAT scenarios, test cases and issue trackers.
12. Coordinate UAT, functional sign-off and go-live activities.
13. Conduct solution walkthroughs and end-user/admin training.
14. Prepare user guides and functional documentation.

Track requirements against the approved Proposal, SOW and BRD.
16. Identify and document Change Requests and scope deviations.
17. Maintain clear communication with client stakeholders throughout the project.

Good to Have

1. Experience with one or more of: Zoho CRM HRMS ERP / Finance Applications SaaS Implementation Workflow / Business Process Automation Low-Code Platforms
2. Prior knowledge of every Zoho application is not required. The ability to learn and build cross-functional expertise is important.

Qualification

1. MBA / PGDM / BBA / BMS / B.Com / M.Com / BE / B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent qualification.
2. Candidates with strong relevant experience and consulting capabilities are encouraged to apply irrespective of specialization.
