Role Description

Location: Noida | Employment: Contractual (eventually convertible to full time) | Experience: Not Needed but previous internships are a plus The role is a high-ownership BA who also acts as Founder’s Office to translate business goals into product requirements, drive execution across squads, and jump into hands-on QA when needed.

You’ll be the connective tissue between users, data, product, design, engineering, and go-to-market.

What you’ll do

- Convert business goals into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Run discovery: user interviews, journey maps, competitive scans, and problem framing
- Define and track product metrics; drive weekly experiments and analyze results




- Own Grooming/Standups for small initiatives; unblock execution across teams
- Draft UX flows and low-fi specs; collaborate closely with design and engineering
- Hands-on QA for feature sign-off (test cases, regression, edge cases) and UAT coordination
- Support Founder’s Office with research, ops, docs, and partner-facing materials
- Maintain the product backlog; prioritize by impact, effort, and dependencies

What we’re looking for

- MBA grads, passed out or pursuing MBA in product/strategy/business analysis or already performing the role at a tech startup or product team
- Solid requirements writing (PRDs, user stories) and stakeholder management
- Comfort with data: defining KPIs, building lightweight dashboards, SQL basics preferred
- QA fundamentals: test planning, scenario design, defect triage, release sign-off
- Excellent communication, structure, and bias to action; thrives in ambiguity
- Bonus: Fintech exposure, analytics tools (GA4/Amplitude/Mixpanel), Asana/JIRA/Linear, Figma basics, API understanding, Claude AI usage
