About the Role

ATF Labs is looking for an intelligent, analytical, and highly motivated Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen interest in business processes, finance, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, business analysis, and competitor analysis.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Work closely with clients, developers, and management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in creating business strategies and process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into transparent functional specifications.
- Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of business processes and financial concepts.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and logical reasoning skills.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and convert them into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint,



and business reporting tools.
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.

Educational Qualification
- MBA (Finance) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
