Job Purpose

Job responsibility to increase productivity and quality in brushing process.

Responsibilities:

· Cleaning of brushing machine

· Operating brushing and Polishing Machine

· Material lifting while using crane for brushing and polishing operation as instructed by supervisor.

· Visual inspection of incoming material for scratches, dents, lines and damage before brushing operations and ensure the quality product as per the norms is produced and handed over.

· Adhere and follow the SOP given for brushing and polishing operations

· Checking of thinner and cleaning solvent availability

· Checking of material availability

· Ensuring the deformation of brushing wheel and inform the same to shift supervisor

· Use proper PPE ( Gogles, hand gloves, nose mask, safety shoe, safety helmet ) while doing brushing and polishing operations





· Proper stacking of material after doing brushing and polishing operations

· To be present, help and understand during any kind of breakdown, repair or preventive maintenance

· To attend all the trainings provided for the department

Education:

Relevant Experience:

1.5 Years

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
