Key Responsibilities
- Handle multiple brands and client accounts simultaneously in an agency environment.
- Coordinate with creative, social media, digital, content, influencer and strategy teams.
- Understand client requirements and communicate briefs clearly to internal teams.
- Track deliverables, follow-ups and deadlines across multiple projects.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and as per client requirements.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned brand activities and projects.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining quality.
- Proactively identify delays, gaps and dependencies and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain regular client communication and provide project updates.
- Support campaign planning, presentations, research and brand-related activities.
- On-time delivery of assigned tasks and campaigns.
- Effectively manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Ensure timely coordination and follow-ups with all internal teams.
- Take ownership from briefing to final delivery with minimal supervision.
- Proactively flag and resolve potential delays.
- Maintain strong client and internal team coordination.
- Demonstrate consistent ownership, accountability and multitasking ability.
Requirements
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in a marketing/creative agency is mandatory.
- Experience handling multiple brands or client accounts.
- Robust communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Excellent deadline and task management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working with multiple teams.
- Ability to manage priorities and work with minimal supervision.
