Summary

We are looking for an experienced ORM Executive to manage online brand reputation, monitor digital conversations, and handle client accounts. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical, communication, and crisis management skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform Social Media Listening (SML) and Brand Monitoring across digital platforms.

· Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) activities to protect and enhance brand image.

· Handle Crisis Communication and Crisis Management with timely responses.

· Plan and execute Influencer Marketing and Campaign Management initiatives.

· Coordinate with clients through effective Client Servicing and Stakeholder Management .

· Develop Social Media Strategy ,



Content Planning , and Community Management plans.

· Track performance using Social Analytics , prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

· Support Brand Strategy Development to strengthen online presence.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM) .
- Hands-on experience with Brandwatch , Meltwater , or similar social listening tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and client management skills
