Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee daily branch operations and service delivery across the distribution network to ensure seamless execution and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Drive service excellence initiatives to enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty across all touchpoints.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency, service quality, and risk management.
- Implement robust risk control frameworks and audit processes to mitigate operational risks and ensure adherence to internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows, leverage digital solutions, and drive continuous process improvement.
- Mentor, coach,



and develop branch operations staff to foster a high-performance culture and support career progression.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven leadership experience in branch operations, service management, or retail banking within the financial services sector.
- Solid understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and operational risk management frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of driving process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
