As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager / Senior Counsellor / Team Leader to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our branch operations.

Position

Branch Manager / Senior Counsellor / Team Leader

Experience Required

We are looking for candidates with either:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Branch Manager in an overseas education consultancy or related field

OR

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Counsellor / Team Leader in the overseas education industry

Candidates with strong experience in student counselling, team handling, sales, and branch operations are preferred.

Key Responsibilities Branch Management

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Set and monitor branch targets and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Track leads, applications, offers, enrolments, and conversions.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective students and existing clients.




- Maintain professional standards and ensure excellent customer experience.

Student Counselling & Sales

- Counsel students regarding suitable countries, universities, courses, and study-abroad opportunities.
- Understand student profiles and recommend appropriate study options.
- Handle and support the team in converting leads into applications and enrolments.
- Follow up with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Handle important or escalated student enquiries professionally.
- Support the team in achieving individual and branch-level targets.

Team Leadership

- Lead, motivate, and mentor counsellors and sales professionals.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Provide continuous training and constructive feedback to team members.
- Monitor individual counsellor performance and conversion ratios.
- Help team members improve their counselling, follow-up, and sales skills.
- Create a positive, target-oriented, and collaborative work environment.
- Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in the overseas education / study-abroad industry.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling a branch or counselling team.
- Experience achieving and exceeding sales/enrolment targets.
- Experience in student recruitment or overseas education consultancy.




- Strong networking and business development skills.
- Knowledge of UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, or other major study-abroad destinations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
