Role Description This full-time, on-site Branch Manager role is based in Australia and focuses on overseeing operations for Australia opportunities within Esse India’s immigration and visa consulting services.

The Branch

Manager will lead the local team, set performance targets, and ensure high-quality client service throughout the visa application and advisory process. Daily responsibilities include managing branch operations, supervising staff, monitoring case progress, and ensuring compliance with relevant immigration guidelines and internal policies. The role also involves developing business strategies to grow the branch, building partnerships, addressing client queries and escalations,



and preparing regular performance and financial reports.

Manager will work closely with senior leadership to align branch activities with overall company objectives and maintain a client-centric, ethical service culture.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and staff development.
- Proficiency in branch operations, process management, and basic financial oversight (budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation).
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to handle escalations, provide transparent guidance, and maintain high service standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including professional verbal and written communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Business development and networking abilities, with experience identifying growth opportunities and building local partnerships.
- Familiarity with immigration or visa consulting processes for Australia or other countries is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under time constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
