Job Title/Designation: Branch Head

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Responsible for overall functioning of the branch.
- Building strong relationships with students and parents.
- Monitor and enhance the quality of academic programs.
- Mange the staff across and ensuring they understand the tasks.
- Develop, implement, and oversee innovative marketing strategies aligned with the coaching center's objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall branch efficiency.




- Collaborate with the leadership team of the institution to drive strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with the top management and ensure smooth operations.
- Flexible to travel and conduct workshops, seminars, career guidance based on company's marketing strategies.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent Qualification- UG/PG

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in any field.

Age limit : 28+years

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
