We are a designer boutique specializing in custom-designed outfits, designer blouses, bridal and festive wear, ladies’ tailoring, and readymade suit sets. We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, customer-friendly, and responsible lady candidate to manage day-to-day boutique operations and provide an excellent shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.

- Assist customers in selecting designer outfits, readymade suit sets, fabrics, and accessories.

- Take accurate body measurements for customized stitching.

- Explain different designs, fabrics, fits, and customization options.

- Prepare order details and maintain customer records.

- Coordinate with karigars (tailors/artisans) regarding stitching, alterations, and delivery schedules.

- Ensure timely completion and delivery of customer orders.

- Handle trial sessions and note alteration requirements.

- Manage billing, order bookings, and basic cash handling (if required).

- Maintain the boutique’s cleanliness, display, and inventory.

- Follow up with customers regarding order status and delivery.





- Build valuable customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

- Assist in managing stock of fabrics, readymade garments, and boutique accessories.

- Support social media inquiries and WhatsApp customer communication, if required.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a boutique, fashion retail, tailoring, or apparel industry preferred.

- Knowledge of taking ladies’ measurements is essential.

- Basic understanding of ladies’ garments, blouse designs, suits, and fabrics.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to coordinate with tailors and manage multiple orders.

- Basic computer or smartphone knowledge for maintaining records and communicating with customers.

- Honest, punctual, organized, and willing to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Boutique management experience.

- Knowledge of current fashion trends.

- Sales and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Positive attitude with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
