The Branch Head will be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the branch. The person should achieve branch targets, mobilize Savings, RD and FD deposits, bring recent customers and members, and promote the Society’s loan products.

The Branch

Head should monitor loan repayment, collections and overdue recovery, guide and supervise branch staff, and ensure that all employees achieve their targets. The role also includes customer relationship management, field visits, business development, maintaining proper records and reports, and handling customer queries and complaints.

Head must ensure that all branch activities are carried out according to the rules, policies and instructions of the Multi-State Co-operative Society and Head Office. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in banking, co-operative society, NBFC or financial services is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
