Job Purpose

To looking after powder booth and Parameter for smooth running with maintain the quality.

Responsibilities:

- Cleaning of powder booth, reciprocator, pipe, powder hopper and all system with vacuum cleaner and cloth. Before coating start.
- Powder filling in powder hopper as per given ratio between fresh and recovery powder.
- Parameter setting of powder reciprocator and powder machine as per process validation sheet.
- Ensure oven temperature setup as per process validation sheet.
- Conveyor speed setup as per process validation sheet and start the conveyor
- Start powder Coating Machine
- Arrange 1st coating trial
