Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor the boiler and related equipment.

- Maintain required steam pressure and temperature as per production requirements.

- Monitor water level, fuel consumption, pressure, temperature, and other operating parameters.

- Conduct routine inspection of the boiler, pumps, valves, gauges, and safety devices.

- Carry out basic maintenance and report equipment issues promptly.

- Maintain boiler operating logs, checklists, and daily records.

- Follow all safety procedures and statutory boiler regulations.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of boiler fuel.

- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the boiler area.

- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma or equivalent technical qualification preferred.

- Valid Boiler Operator Certificate / Competency Certificate as applicable.

- Previous experience as a Boiler Operator in a manufacturing industry preferred.

- Knowledge of boiler operation, safety procedures, and basic troubleshooting.

- Ability to work in shifts.

- Positive attention to safety and responsibility.

Pay: ₹25,609.78 - ₹30,000.00 per month
